Work Together

Strategy for the experiences your business creates.

A full year across your event calendar, or focused direction for the one experience taking shape now.

Where Nightshift begins

Before the venue, before the budget, before the first vendor call.

I work with businesses that gather people on purpose, and want each experience to do something specific for the business.

The Strategic Event Partnership covers the full annual calendar. The Nightshift Strategy Session gives focused direction for one event, one opportunity, or one set of decisions.

Both start in the same place: what this experience is for, and what you want it to leave behind.

Strategic Event Partnership

One approach across the whole year.

A 12-month engagement for businesses building several experiences a year.

I build the annual calendar with you, develop the strategy behind the experiences that matter most, and stay available as new opportunities and decisions come up.

Each experience builds on the one before it, so the year adds up to something instead of resetting every time.

Working rhythm

A year with a shape

We start by laying out the year ahead. Then the work stays live as priorities shift and individual experiences move forward.

01

Annual Planning

An extended working session where we build the living calendar and decide what each experience is there to do.

  • Business priorities, launches, milestones, and seasonal opportunities
  • Confirmed events, recurring programs, collaborations, and early ideas
  • Priority audiences, timing, capacity, budget, and measures of success
  • Event prioritization and initial Brief allocation
02

Monthly Strategy

One dedicated working session a month to keep the calendar honest and the decisions moving.

  • Shape upcoming experiences and evaluate new opportunities
  • Refine purpose, audience, guest list, host role, and creative direction
  • Review proposals, resolve decisions, and prepare execution partners
  • Plan follow-up and apply learning to what comes next
03

Quarterly Reviews

Every third month the session goes wider, and we reset the shape of the year.

  • Review progress and learning from completed experiences
  • Reprioritize around changes in goals, timing, budget, or capacity
  • Adjust Brief allocation and the next quarter's focus
  • Confirm upcoming decisions, support needs, and next steps
